PRESS RELEASE: American Jewish Congress Congratulates Rep. Hakeem Jeffries on Election as the New House Democratic Leader

New York, NY, November 30, 2022 – The American Jewish Congress warmly congratulates Rep. Hakeem Jeffries, a friend of our organization, on becoming the new Democratic leader in the House of Representatives. Following his approval by acclamation from the Democratic caucus, Jack Rosen, President of the American Jewish Congress, commented:
